Dog days...

I've been waiting for this day for a long time, a really long time (slight exaggeration). If it all works out, meaning...if our internet company actually follows through, we will have internet at our house. I'm popping the cork...tonight! (I should be crossing my fingers...)

On a sad note my sister's dog, Frisco....was either hit by a car or kicked by a horse....how ever or what ever....he has a broken hip. Send some doggy loven' his way and some people loven' too, this will be a difficult (expensive) period them.

Sam on the other hand...got us shunned at the dog park yesterday. She decided it would be fun to steal another dogs toy then rip it to shreds. We (my husband and I) were the two Americans running after the dog trying in our ear pulling French to get the dog to sit, lay down....whatever. Oh so picturesque. (Remember to envision flailing arms.) Then while Jaige and I were talking a big beautiful husky came up to my husband...and tinkled on my husbands leg. Seriously. He was marking his territory (the dog) and decided my husband was his...
With a wet leg and a disobedient dog we walked home with our tale between our legs.

Wet leg is no fun, especially when it smells like dog pee. I've never experienced this myself, I'm just sayin'.

First, sending some warm thoughts to poor Frisco (beautiful BMD) and his parents...
Second, ooo shame on Sam and I am so sorry for your husband. That can not be fun.
Lastly, YIPPIE you might actually be getting internet which means no more posting from washing machines.

Sending thoughts for Frisco. The story about the dog park cracked me up. Sounds like what happens when we take our dogs to the park. They are always the obnoxious ones and we are shamed into leaving once they start acting up.
