Oh my lbs.

Why is it the more I workout the larger I feel. O.k. maybe I'm rushing the moment, but baby steps and fitness don't go hand in hand for me. I want results darn it. I want to see that my efforts are being acknowledged. One pound...no, I'm thinking 10 pounds in a week. Snap out of that dream....I know.

All that being said...I know I'm doing it the right way. I'm cutting back my proportions, but I'm not banning foods I enjoy. I'm also being advised by a fitness guru who doesn't understand the words "I can't". While my efforts are grand and my poundage loss minimal...I'm doing it.

What helpful hints can you provide me?

Keep doing what you are doing. I envy you with the direction you are gettting from your guru. Maybe you won't end up looking like me.

I'm with you! I want to wake up and be magically skinny with no cellulite! :)

I SO think it is all about the working out! I started Weight Watchers three weeks ago, and I'm already down 14 pounds. And I truly think it's because of the exercise. Also, EAT breakfast! It kick starts your metabolism. :)

Hang in there!!!

I use My Plate at livestrong.com (just google my plate and you'll find it). I can enter what I eat and it calculates the calories and other important stats. I can also enter my exercise and it deducts calories burned. Also, you enter your weight, how much you want to lose per week and it tells you your daily calorie intake to reach that goal. It's awesome! I like working out to "earn" things like...the cupcake a neighbor left on my doorstep that I had eat. Plus, I really do have more energy the more consistently I exercise. Who knew? Good luck!

DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Not only does it keep you feeling full, it keeps all those nasty toxins from building up keeping your digestive system flowing freely :)At least 1/2 gallon throughout the day. Stay away from soda, even the diet types will inhibit your progress :)

Water and walking!
Or you can come muck stalls with me, throw straw bales, hay bales, jump fences and general farm work!
I would love your help :) So would Annie!
