CHANGE and a Giveaway doesn't just happen. You have to work at it especially when it comes to eating better to improve your health. This isn't rocket science I know, but it's crazy how many things I have wanted to change in my life, yet I kept doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. I 100% agree about the food attitude!! I was doing Nutrisystem and loved the results - HATED the boring, bland, overly-gravied meals! So I made my own cookbook to follow the plan but with my own food.

I would eat it in the mid-morning as a snack at work. I cannot eat anything sweet at actual meal time. I know, I'm weird but I have a major salt-tooth.
