Choking on Verbs

A couple nights ago I was sleeping (normal)...and had a conversation with my husband (not normal). He instigated the conversation once he realized that I was completely asleep. (Not the first time.) Yes, talking in my sleep...I insisted that I was "working on important stuff" while my computer was in sleep mode. (It makes me laugh thinking about it...) Then my husband said to put the computer down... I didn't like that and said, "I hope you choke on a verb". Ummmmm, what? Yes, a verb. I think I'll stop reviewing work material before bedtime.

P.s...that threw my husband into a laughing fit which I would love to have seen. Well, I did see it...kind of...but I was sleeping.

Do you talk in your sleep? How about sleep walk?

I remember my friends and I sitting outside of my brothers room and listening to him talk in his sleep. (Another giggle fit.)

My husband says I talk in my sleep all the time. He either understands every word I am saying or doesn't understand anything. He also says sometimes I sit up with my eyes open, talking to him and just plop back down on my pillow.

The other night he said I was giggling and cackling like crazy.

He just sits or lays there and laughs at me. LOL

I don't talk in my sleep, but I've convinced my husband he does. The other day he dozed off in his recliner in front of the TV, and I decided to make myself a sandwich for lunch. Later he asked why I hadn't made him one; I told him I had offered to, but he said he wasn't hungry. He was amazed and didn't remember the conversation, so he assumed he was talking in his sleep!

HAHA This was cute. I don't normally talk in my sleep, but a few weeks ago, I actually woke myself up yelling, "Consume! Consume!" Bizarre.

I don't talk in my sleep...thank goodness as I've had some dreams that I'm glad the hubs doesn't know about involving Ben Affleck...but my hubs does a bit and my ex was a crazy sleep walker! One time he actually threw a punch my direction when he thought he saw an old man standing over the bed then he leaped over me and started climbing the wall to reach the purple lizards on the ceiling...sounds like a bad trip, but he didn't do drugs. :) It was so crazy and loud that his roommate came in swinging a hockey stick thinking there was a robber attacking...

Oooookkkkaaayyyy, that was way too much info.

Stopping by from SITS!

hahah. That's seriously funny. I do that to my husband all the time when he starts talking...and I've been known to grab my phone and start recording. :)

My sister and I will have whole conversations in our sleep, (when and if we ever sleep in the same room/bed), and we will talk until one of us wakes up. Its crazy. We have both also slept walked(sp?) before. :)

That threw me into a laughing fit. What a fantastic conversation! Next time I get mad at someone, I'm going to tell them I hope they choke on a verb.
