Tonight I made granola, zucchini bread and zucchini cranberry muffins from scratch. The granola turned out great....the bread & muffins are still in the "not sure" column.
I used to never cook/bake from scratch but now that's all I do! I've found that it's not really much harder if you have a well stocked pantry.
The thing I baked from scratch was zucchini bread.
It was a new recipe & I wasn't the happiest with it.
I do not bake very often so it's really special when I do.
I think the last thing I made from scratch was choc chip cookies. I always make them from scratch!!!
I have a lot of recipes for individual cakes and cheesecakes, which obviously are from scratch as well. I can't wait to get my kitchen stuff and make some more!!!
There's a way to bake without a box??? lol I don't bake anymore. We have a tendency to eat what I bake, so no sweets here!
oh dear....i need to love to bake....but alas...i am so not good at it:) i have made nothing from scratch lately.....but maybe i shall try:)

Hi! I have missed quite a few burning questions due to a very busy summer but I thought I would pop in to say "hello" :)
I always bake frome scratch and do it often,the last thing I made was Red River Cereal Bread...3 loaves!

Cranberry walnut oatmeal cookies for the Grandkids. Chocolate chip cookies in the next day or so.
Popcorn in microwave /just because that's in a bag LOL/.

How funny because the last thing I baked from scratch was banana cupcakes. :) I'd share the recipe except that all of my cookbooks are buried in the garage while we are remodeling our kitchen!
I made a vanilla cake with mocha icing from scratch, my grandma's recipe :) within a few days....it was gone. yum.
Peanut butter cookies! yum! I love to bake and now that I am a blogger and I have met the Pioneer Woman... she has amazing recipes to keep me baking the rest of my life! Do you know PW?!! ;)
