On Wednesday morning we got a call that my husband's grandmother passed away. So, we packed our bags and headed out within a few hours. The drive took over 18 hours because of traffic in Toronto and at the border into the US... It was a long and emotional weekend, but sharing this time with family was nice. She will be missed by many.
We were planning on driving here in a few weeks, so now our stay will be extended. I will be back to posting regularly starting today. Lots of adventure in store for the next few weeks.

So sorry to read that! We had a wonderful weekend, except for my daughter face-planting into a cabinet. Her little button nose is a little bruised and swollen but I think I'm taking it harder than she is.
