My Monday Pinterest Picks....

I just finished watching
The Rosa Parks Story.
A little reminder goes a long way.....

Rosa Louise McCauley (Rosa Parks) an African American civil rights activist whom the U.S. Congress later called “Mother of the Modern-Day Civil Rights Movement” was born on this day in Tuskegee, Alabama. She became famous for refusing to obey bus driver James Blake to give up her
seat to make room for a white passenger.

Got to love pinterest. This is a great reminder that it is Black History month. I should look into local events!
