It is the perfect day for ice cream. If only dreams could come true, I'd be eating ice with a friend or two. The thought of this makes me smile and think of so many of you across the miles.

It's the nectar of the gods. If only it didn't put pounds on my butt!
The thought of calorie free ice cream with no loss of taste or creaminess is heavenly!
