I made an apple pie last week, too. Mine wasn't cameral worthy, however...it got pretty dark around the edges...but we still ate it all! Yummers!
I can't wait to cook a pumpkin pie... Need to get to the farmer markets because the stores are only carring big huge pumpkins so far... and your pie was lovely looking
