Love is in the air.....
To tell you the truth I have never been a Valentine's girl. I actually really dislike hearts. (Ex.heart jewelry, heart shapes) That being said, I love "LOVE". I like the idea of Valentine's Day and play along. Honestly, I always feel so much pressure on the 14th. Will I get flowers? Will everyone else get flowers and not me? A wave of relief settles within when the vase is placed on my desk...then a wave of nausea knowing I just played into the Hallmark game.
Keeping with the lovey dovey, red hearts, Valentine, it's February... the month when it is o.k. to see a naked little baby looking thing shooting arrows (What's up with that?).... here's what is up for grabs.
Inside this red hot bag there is a strawberry field of on the body, good smelling, luxury girlie stuff... The list: Strawberry hydrating spray 3.3 oz, puree body lotion 2 oz, shower gel 2 oz, heart shaped soap and a sassy red body puffer...
Now, to win this you put your right hand in, you put your right hand out.....sorry wrong game. I would "love" to hear why you "love/like/sort of like/do not really like" Valentine's Day. Or, tell me about your favorite Valentine's Day.
Other gift-a-way need to know, to possibly win info:

This Annonandon sponsored gift-a-way is open to United States and my new Canadian homies. The final day to enter is Saturday, February 7th. I will then e-mail the lucky one. You will have only 3 days to claim your prize before I move on to the next winner. If all goes smooth you might receive it before the 14th. Thanks and Good Luck!

I guess I am one who sort of likes Valentine's Day. It's sweet, but it's such an over-commercialized "Hallmark Holiday" that it seems rather a waste of money to do much for it. At the same time, I do love getting flowers and a nice card from the hubs. This year it won't be very eventful, as it falls 11 days after I have major surgery - yuck.
Thanks for the giveaway - it looks pretty cool! :-)
And I'm already a follower (so at least I'm not just the first entry...lol).
I have a hate-love relationship with Valentine's day. I hate it, because it reminds me of the year I was separated from my husband (he was deployed). Then every year after, I try to ignore it, but in the secret recesses of my heart, I want the heart chocolates and the dozen roses, and the lovey-dovey things that go along with the holiday. Argh!
I already follow your blog, and am notified when you post new things. This giveaway is great - or not.....lol
I've never really been a big fan of Valentines Day I guess. My very first "love of my life" stood me up on our very first date! It was on Valentines Day! He never should have asked me to go out on that day of all days anyway! I got over it. I let it go. It's in the past. ;)
Since then, none of them seem to awfully fantastic!
Great giveaway! I'm ♥'n that red body puffer!
I'm a follower!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Valentine's Day.
Oddly, my very, VERY romantic husband is not a big fan of the day (he thinks it's too commercialized, but aren't they all anymore?).
Any day that celebrates love and romance is a fine day in my book!
Favorite valentine's day? The year I planned to cook fish for a romantic dinner - burned it to a crisp. In fact, I burned every item on the menu that evening - still don't know what happened (I'm actually a very good cook). My husband and I still laugh over it, which is why I rank it as my favorite - it has added a humerous memory to our lives together.
Oh, and I'm already a follower (and my email address is linked to my blog).
i like valentine's day because it's a fun day to make special heart-shaped foods for my family (although, i guess i could do that any day).
i don't like it because the kiddies get soooooo much chocolate.
i like valentine's day because i eat all the kiddies chocolate once they've gone to bed.
i don't like it because then i have to really kick up the exercising to work off the extra chocolate :)

Oooh, I would love to play along. I love Valentine's Day because we (my hubby, the great cook) always prepare something wonderful for dinner. We gaze into each other's eyes and talk about how much we love each other. I swear, I'm not kidding here. I have a really great relationship with this guy.
Oh, and I made it clear from the first date that I do not like getting flowers on Valentine's Day. I hate how they are way overpriced. Can't bear the thought of getting suckered by the florists. However...my birthday is 2 days later, so shower me with flowers then!
And I'm already a follower!
Oh boy. . a nice giveaway. . count me in. I am also a new follower of your blog.

I love Valentine's day! It's so schmoopy and lovey dovey. No one blinks an eye too much if you're extra lovey dovey. Plus, it's kind of hopeful. Even if you don't have someone to share it with, you still find yourself hoping for the special someone or hoping that you'll get something.
...and I just started following your blog!
what is miss most on valentines day is my mom. being in elementary school and all the goodies my mom used to make. after that she always had a love goodie for me until i left home. and even a few years after for that matter. you've inspired me! ive not celebrated with my kids like my mom did, i vow to start doing it this year.
So this is a total paradox.. see I hate hearts..I don't own heart jewelry, or decor or even candle holders.. I just think it's sort of over done. BUT I HEART Valentine's day and making everything heartshaped for the occasion.. silly huh?
I'm doing a special Valentine's day feature on Thursday next week.. how to make a VERY romantic day without breaking the bank.. stop by.
Two years ago, I sent a text message to my now Super Cool Boyfriend, asking him to be my Valentine. I made him several Valentine ATCs, one from the label of the beer I drank on the night we met.
February 15th is known as Chocolate Day in my life; it's one of several good "buy candy" days in the year (Easter Monday and Nov 1, too)
and I'm a stalker ;)
I love Valentines day mostly because we spend the day all together as a family.

Pick Me!!
i'm now publicly stalking you! And that cute little doggy, too!
My favorite Valentine's Day was when my hubby made me a romantic dinner and gave me 2 dozen roses...ah, the good old days!
I love Valentine's Day and like to celebrate it for 14 days. My husband and I always come up with a non-commercialized way of showing our love to each other. This year I am putting 2 heart shaped notes up everyday for him to find. It's fun to be creative and not do the usual flowers/chocolate thing.
I subscribe to your feed.
I love Valentines Day!!
My favorite was 8 years ago.Bruce and I had been dating for about 6 months. He invited me over for dinner-dungeness crab and filet mignon. He gave me a beautiful bracelet with a tiny heart hanging from it, decadent chocolate dipped strawberries and a little heart shaped purple vase with tiny flowers that he had arranged.
He is still very romantic and thoughtful...
The giveaway is very cool..count me in!
I follow...
I like Valentines because I can surprise my kids with fun little treasures and because I'm all about anything PINK!!!!
I'm following you too!
My favorite Valentine's Day was in high school I got called down to the office for a delivery of a balloon with a stuffed animal and card inside. It was a huge surprise by someone I wish I had given a 2nd thought to.
It was sweet♥
I don't really care about Valentines day. Can't even go out to dinner because all the restaurants are too crowded! We normally just chill at home. But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hearts. I have heart earrings, heart necklaces, my daughters' clothes have hearts. I would wear heart tights if I could get away with it!!!
I'll be following you!
I am not a huge fan of Valentines Day. There is just too much pressure and then room for disappointment if it doesn't live up to expectations. A few years ago my husband and I decided that instead of buying presents we would make each other meaningful cards or small gifts. Last year we gave each other a list of 14 things we truly love about the other person. I thought it was great. My e-mail address is:
sarahmcclellan@cox.net
I was always the one who hoped that someone would at least give me a card or flower, etc... but since I got married he's never missed a Happy hearts day. Infact our first date (17yrs ago) was the day after Valentines Day, been in love ever since!
also, I am a follower.
Take care!
Forgot to leave my e-mail

again, take care ;0)
I'm already a follower...can I still get an entry?
I hate Valentine's day because
1)my birthday is the 9th and it just 2 holidays within a week that my husband gets me nothing for (we are accountants and likes to use the excuse that I can't expect him to get me anything during busy season).
2)They jack up the price of flowers to ridiculous amounts and cards are always so damn expensive.
However, this giveaway is something that I LOVE.

I love Valentines Day! We gave up going out a long time ago. It's no fun dealing with long waits at a restaurant. Instead I fix a fancy 5 course meal, we share homemade cards, and snuggle up to a movie.
Thanks for the giveaway!

Valentine's Day is alright but I too feel the pressure to get an extraordinary gift. It makes me no difference though.
I'm not a huge fan of the day. Candy, eh, I'm on a diet. The price of flowers is just hiked up for that day. I'm perfectly content with the card I always get. The reason? It's always filled with the sweetest words from my hubby of 16 years!
You are so cute!!! Love your blog! and that smelly oh so yummy give away is awesome!
and of course I'll follow you
Thanks for stopping by today :)
I'd never been into Valentine's day either. Until I got married {a whoppin' 1 1/2 years ago}. Now we celebrate. Nothing crazy. We don't dare go out to eat {it's the busiest restaurant day, with Mother's day a close 2nd}. Last year I waddled around in the kitchen, 6 months prego, and made him an indoor picnic. This year we'll celebrate with our daughter. At home. No waddling though ;)
Following :)
Thanks for the chance!
I'm a romantic at heart so I've always loved Valentine's Day...My hubby, however, is polar opposite of a romantic, so I've had to train him in the art of romanticism... (grin!) He always comes through on Valentine's Day, now, though! ;)
I am already a stalker...er, um, I mean follower... ;)
Oh, and my email address is on my blog profile. ;)
Before I had kids Valentines day was okay--an excuse to go out to eat. But now I love getting balloons and candy for my boys!
Well, I like Valentine's Day, but our anniversary is the next week so we usually focus on that :) Honestly, I find it much more fun helping my son do Valentine's to send out and getting him a little something special!
I'm a follower!
Coming on over to say hello and for a chance to win. I'm not really into Valentine's Day too much as I believe love should be shared everyday. However, I do make sure to get my sweetie at least a card on the holiday, but otherwise we don't do anything to big on V-Day.
I am not a big fan of Valentine's Day... Hallmark did a great job marketing this one... My husband always gets me something really nice, but not flowers I tell him they just die and are over priced. He will cook a nice dinner for me, and we have a quite night.. Nothing real fancy..
As long as we are together that all that matters to me..
I do love smell good stuff....
I am following you...

I like Valentine's Day. It just always sneaks up on me too fast. I feel like I haven't even had a chance gather myself after Christmas and BOOM here is Valentine's Day! This is a great give-away. I do not have good luck and never win but thought I would at least right a note and say hi! I really like your blog. Good insight. I like your post about "thinking" I swear that is how I spend half of my day.

Hi! I'm from SITS.
My Valentine's gonna pretty much stink this year. It looks as though my marriage is ending and this year's romantic holiday is gonna be awkward as H-E-double hockey sticks
Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog, and inviting me to your give away. I'd love to be included. THANKS.
Sandra
I'm back. Cute blog. I'm now a follower.
BYE!! Sandra
ohhhh...I can just smell that sweet strawberry smell now! ;-)
I've never gotten too big into Valentine's day. Sure, we exchanged gifts when we were dating (not so much now when we're married) and we've gone on dates (My moms group always does a sweetheart dinner around V Day and we often go). But I'm now beginning to see it through a different set of eyes. My twins will be celebrating and handing out valentines next week and I can only imagine their excitement to have a box full of cards, just for them, and goodies galore. I know they'll be excited and it will bring a new meaning to the fun that many adults sometimes push aside. :-)
Wow! Look at all of your comment love! Am I one of your "New Canadian homies"?? I hope so.
My hubby and I don't do the hallmartk thing for valentine's day. We don't buy cards, etc, that kind of thing.
We do, however, do the supper thing, and maybe a movie. This year, though, I have soccer, so it'll probably be supper, soccer and lots and lots of beer! lol
Okay, and I'll follow you. lol
I was been single for 24 of my adult years. I've only been married for 4 years, so Valentine's Day is a time to be all lovey dovey, newlyweds again.
Who cares if it is a made up, commercialized holiday?
It symbolizes "Love" which is something we all want and need.
Email address is linked on my site.
I've never really liked Valentine's Day. Even now, Hubs never buys me even a stinkin' card! Oh, well, at least it's fun with my kids! This year we're focusing on God's love for us and vice-versa. So far it's been great!
valentines day is more fun now that I have kids. I enjoy spending time with the girls makeing candy heart sundaes, reading classroom valentines, etc. As far as a romantic holiday, my husband and I have more fun celebrating our anniversary.
i now follow and my eamil is in my profile
I like Valentine's Day okay ~ mostly because it's fun making cards for others. :O)

Hi dear.I am already a follower.i cannot remember(old age)if i am to put your button on my blog,if so I will be glad to.I just slipped under the wire, didn't I?Time is almost up.
Well as a young thing,I loved Valentines.Like \you I wanted the flowers, but I wanted candy too. Then having kids, that was the fun part...Picking out Valentine cards for them at school and looking at them when they PROUDLY came home to show them off.
But now,I just want THE CHOCOLATE.GIMME CANDY...Ann
I'm pretty much just a stalker. But I like it here... I might stay.
I like Valentines's day but I HATE the fact that thye start putting out bows and hearts before the Christmas trees come down. That in itself puts me in a bad mood for the big day. I mean really, what guy, or person for that matter starts thinking about Valentine's day in December? Most guys are perusing the local gas station the day before the 14th for flowers anyways.
After all of that.... This year is a good year. The husband got back from Afgahnistan just in time {and he's not going back... yeah!!} So this will be a great Valentine's Day, presents or not.
Valentines day is 2 weekes before our anniversary. We do not celebrate it anymore :( We go to a Bed and Breakfast every year for anniversary....:)
I follow you
