A bite of bling

I don't know about you, but every time I start to watch what I eat, in other words, when ever I start a (another) diet, I crave the no-no items.

They start to look "priceless".

And, taste priceless too!

That makes me think of the expression.... You are what you eat.

Do you think she knows?

While driving home from work last night I was listening to a talk radio host, who was speaking on the subject of Elizabeth Taylor's death. The host asked the following question.....

"Do you think she knows what people are saying about her today?"

It was a gentle reminder for me to take time to tell someone
how important they are in my life.

There's no time like the present.

Frankly, my dear,

I don't give a damn.

Curled up on the couch on a gray Friday I mentally transported myself to the orange dirt and stifling heat of the Tara Plantation. Keeping company with the eyelash batting Miss Scarlett O'Hara and the dapper Rhett Butler had me swirling in fancy frocks with the taste of bitter and sweet.

I dare say that I've never seen this movie or at least I don't think

I've seen it in it's entirety until yesterday.

This 1939 10 Academy Award winning film was an experience...a classic.....worth seeing.
